Application Example

Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) Assay Flow

In this example there is one inlet to the SPR chip and 2 or 4 different solutions of analyte, ligand, and buffers are pumped by a syringe pump.

In order to enable the flow of single solution at a time, one valve is added following each syring and tubing-to-tubing and tubing-to-chip fittings are used accordingly.

The user just changes the position of syringe on syringe pump for the flow of relevant solution.
